Open enrollment has begun at LCA! We encourage our interested families to attend an enrollment information session to find out more about our school’s programs and offerings. Attending an information session is also the perfect platform to ask your questions to faculty and staff. Tuition and fees 

EXTENDED CARE

REGISTRATION FEE:

Registration is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee that will not exceed $375 per family. It is to be paid up front and will not be rolled into the monthly payment. The fee applies as follows: $125 first child / only child; $100 second child, and $75 for the third child. All children must be in the immediate family. After August 1st, the registration fee is $150 for the first child, $125 for the second and $100 for the third.

FEES INCLUDED IN TUITION:

Curriculum (the first 72 paces, equal to one year's work, paces over 72 will be $6 each). Diagnostic testing, insurance (required for each student), and facility maintenance (exception: property that has been damaged by a student that us not wear and tear or that is intentional) is included.

FEES NOT INCLUDED IN TUITION:

$10 "Oops" fee for each pace a student fails to complete successfully, Yearbook, graduation fee anf achievement testing (parents will be notified prior to these events), Paces after the initial 72.

TUITION COST IF REGISTERED MAY 1 - JULY 31:

School classes begin at 8:30 AM and end at 3:00 PM. Students still on the grounds after 3:10 PM are expected to be enrolled in Extended Care. The must be signed in and parents are expected to sign them out and pay for the day's service even if they are not enrolled as regular Extended Care students. Those who arrive before 8:00 AM will also be expected to be enrolled or signed in to Extended Care.

Fee are as follows for morning hours (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM) and after school (3:20 PM - 6:00 PM):

If you choose to enroll by the week or the month, there are no half weeks. If you are in school any part of the week, the fee of $45 must be paid for the week. The $25 / day for school closures still applies in all Extended Care plans. 

Parents are expected to provide drinks and snacks as needed for their child. Most students will need an afternoon snack, especially if they stay until 6 PM.

If you pay by the month, the fee is due on the first of the month. If you pay by the week, the fee is due on the first day of the week. Weekly payments are late after close of business on Tuesday. Payments may be placed in the drop box in the preschool office, They many also be made in the business office. There will be a $25 last fee charged on Wednesday if paying by the week and on the 5th if paying by the month. 

Any student left on the school grounds later than 3:15 will be considered a drop-off student and will be charged $10 for the day's service. 

A $2.00 / minute fee will be charged from 6:01 PM for children who have not been picked up on time. 

Student supply list

 Please use these lists as guidelines when shopping for school supplies. Additional items may be requested throughout the year by your child's teacher.

Please do not send ink pens with your student(s). The teachers will provide them if needed.

Please do not send toys from home without the teacher's permission. LCA staff is not responsible for lost or broken tiys brought from home. 

Please label all items including jackets, sweaters and all practice uniforms. 

The teacher may request donations for classroom pet supplies if needed. 

Student handbook

A digital version of LCA's Student handbook is coming soon. Please contact the office for a hard copy if you did not receive one during your information session and tour. 

Uniform guidelines

LCA adopted its uniform policy to minimize the competition in clothing styles. We encourage our students to gain recognition through personal charm and conscientious work. Therefore, all students are required to wear uniforms. School uniforms may be purchased from the following vendors (clicking the images will take you to the uniform selection pages): 

Shirts may be long- or short sleeved in the solid colors of red, white or black. Pants and shorts and skirts may be khaki or black. Socks and shoes must be as solid black as possible.
